The Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) course is designed for advanced healthcare providers. This course teaches the proper interventions in cardiac arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies. This includes:

  • Basic Life Support skills, including effective chest compressions, use of bag-mask devices, and use of an AED

  • Recognition and early management of respiratory and cardiac arrest

  • Airway management

  • Related pharmacology

  • Management of ACS and stroke

  • Recognition of various cardiac rhythms and appropriate treatment

  • Post-cardiac arrest management

  • Effective communication as a member and leader of a resuscitation team

  • Pre-course: Required passing score 70%. The link will be provided after payment.

    ***Pre-course must be completed before taking the class.

    ***To complete the course, you must pass the written exam with an 84% and pass all skills.

    ***You must be current in BLS to take ACLS.
